Please submit a request via this form and provide your email address and which type of computer you use (PC or MAC).
We will send you a verification code and password within 24-48 hours that will allow you to use CHASE free for 30 days!
You will also receive an email with 4 links – one for each of the Client Versions (PC or MAC); and one for each of the Therapist Full Versions (PC or MAC) that allows for either OFFLINE or ONLINE use.
Download the version you need for your computer and send your clients the version they will need for theirs.
Client versions of CHASE do not require a password or a validation code.
