You will also receive an email with the links sent directly to you. The OFFLINE version has 1 link. The ONLINE and FULL versions include 3 links (Therapist Version; Client MAC version: Client WINDOWS version).
Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email that includes your validation code and the password. If you have purchased either the ONLINE or FULL versions of CHASE you then forward the appropriate links for your client.
How To Get Started With The Online Version:
1) Purchase your product from our store
2) Enter the validation code and password sent to you via email
3) Create a virtual meeting space by giving the telehealth room a name
4) Send your client the link for the CLIENT VERSION of Chase (PC or MAC)
5) Send your client the name of the room created
CHASE OFFLINE OR DESKTOP VERSIONS:
This is used in person in your office. The downloaded app becomes the customizable light bar and interactive evaluation pages on your screen.
HOW DOES THE ONLINE VERSION WORK?
This is for remote or virtual use with clients. Chase runs on its own host server and there is no PHI stored so this is a HIPAA Compliant platform. The video and audio feed are both encrypted.

Therapists can conduct either in person or virtual therapy sessions using one of our three versions (OFFLINE/ONLINE/FULL). All versions are downloadable – once you purchase any of our products you will own it forever. Our website offers a tutorial for demonstrating the ease of download. All programs have certificates to ensure they are free from viruses.
There are versions for both MAC and WINDOWS. There are also separate versions for Therapist and Client (for virtual telehealth sessions – only available in the ONLINE and FULL versions).
